Yemeni Dutch commercial relations
Import and export figures between Yemen and the Netherlands have remained steady in recent years. Exports to Yemen consisted mainly of agricultural products (most notably animal feed and live animals) and industrial products (chemicals, medicins, machinery, transport equipment) Imports from Yemen consist mainly of agricultural products and fish products, with an occasional delivery of oil or oil products.
The trade balance between Yemen and the Netherlands has held steady at a large surplus, in favour of Dutch exports estimated at EUR 59 Millions in 2002.
